Grupo Bimbo
Noga successfully supported Bimbo Ventures in establishing its innovation hub in Israel, one of the world’s most dynamic startup ecosystems. Leveraging our tech scouting expertise and network, we connected Bimbo with high-potential startups in packaging, ingredients, operations optimization, and other related fields. This partnership accelerated their innovation pipeline while reducing time-to-market and innovation risk.
As a direct result of this collaboration, Bimbo Ventures invested in 3 Israeli startups and 2 venture capital funds, solidifying its presence and long-term engagement in the Israeli innovation landscape.
OECD
The OECD Development Centre entrusted Noga to analyze FoodTech ecosystems in Colombia, Israel, and Spain. Drawing from our cross-market insights, we delivered a comprehensive policy paper that explored how innovation in mid-sized cities can contribute to achieving Zero Hunger, along with actionable strategies to strengthen local ecosystems.
Bollo Natural Fruit
To address sustainability and innovation in agriculture, Noga led Bollo Natural Fruit through a tailored Expedition that ended with an Innovation Trek across Israel. The journey enabled direct engagement with pioneering agritech startups offering solutions in precision irrigation, AI-driven fruit scanning, smart automation, and more—empowering Bollo to adopt technologies that enhance efficiency and sustainability.
As a result of the project, 35 startups were analyzed, and 7 were identified as highly relevant after an internal evaluation process. At least 4 pilot projects were initiated, translating scouting into concrete innovation actions.
PROCOMER (Costa Rica)
Through our Noga BackPack Innovation program, we empowered 15 Costa Rican SMEs with hands-on innovation training to strengthen their export capacity. In partnership with PROCOMER, Costa Rica´s export agency, we delivered workshops, diagnostics, personalized mentoring, and a final Pitch Day, equipping companies with the tools to compete globally.
Noga assembled a high-level team of mentors with deep expertise in AgriFoodTech, Marketing, Fintech, and Business Development, ensuring that participants received strategic, market-relevant guidance throughout the program.
Santander X Challenge
As part of a global innovation call led by Santander and Oxentia, Noga scouted top Israeli cybersecurity startups for the Santander X Global Challenge. Two israeli startups we identified became global winners, gaining entry into Santander X’s elite community and unlocking global growth opportunities
